Printed to order

Every physical Ketabi Studio book is printed individually after an order is placed. Personalized books are made with the names, photos, and choices submitted by the customer. We begin production after payment and review each order before it is sent to print.

Production and review

Each order is reviewed before it is handed to our printing partner. Production timing can vary because every physical item is made to order.

Shipping times and cost

Free standard United States shipping is included in the displayed price of our physical books and journals. International shipping is calculated from the delivery address and shown before payment, so customers can review the full total before completing checkout.

Please allow about 2 to 3 weeks from ordering to delivery within the United States. International delivery typically takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the destination and customs. International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

If something is wrong with your order

If a physical order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing error, or damage in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and the order number. We will reprint and reship it at no cost.

Made-to-order items and cancellations

Because physical books are printed to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after production begins. We also cannot refund buyer errors on personalized items, such as a misspelled name, an unintended character selection, or an incorrect uploaded photo. Please review all personalization carefully before paying.

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be corrected or cancelled. If it has not been sent to print, we will gladly correct it or cancel and refund it in full.

Digital products

Digital downloads and delivered digital cards cannot be returned after access or delivery. If a file or private link does not work as promised, contact us and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.
